Email addresses and / or personal information are NOT sold or shared, or disclosed in ANY way. MIDATA does not share or sell or disclose any personally-identifiable information (such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, etc.) with anyone. General usage information may only be shared with third parties on anonymous and/or an aggregate basis for internal research, advertising or marketing purposes.
Message and post authors email addresses are not displayed by MIDATA, including any other personally-identifying information, unless otherwise specified by the particular user. Our message system allows people to contact each other on the site (if that option is chosen to be OK with the message author) without revealing personal e-mail addresses.
The only way personally-identifiable information could be disclosed is if it is done by the message author, in the body of his or her own personally authored message or profile information. The message author is given the opportunity to preview what is being posted, to see exactly what was typed by the message author, and confirm that it’s correct, prior to the message going live on the MIDATA site. Even after the message is live, however the message author can edit (where functioning) and / or delete his or her own personally authored message or information at any time using the tools provided by the site, in an automatic fashion. The message author can chose to post their own message, edit (where functioning) their own message or profile, delete their own message(s) or profile, at any time.
MIDATA does not supplement Personally Identifiable Information collected on its site with information from any other sources.
Personally Identifiable Information and / or Third Party Personally Identifiable Information is subject to disclosure to the appropriate authorities pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants, or orders. For each visitor to a MIDATA or subdomain webpage, our Web server may store your browser, IP address, timestamp, City, State(Province), Country and/or referring web page automatically.
